Personal Injury

Accidents can happen at any time and anywhere - in the workplace, at home, on the road, or generally when out and about.

You may be feeling unsure as to whether you have a claim. If you have been involved in a road accident you may have doubts over who is to blame, or perhaps you have suffered a personal injury at work and feel anxious about claiming against your employers.

Ewart Price has maintained a dedicated personal injury litigation department in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, for over 20 years. During that period we have recovered compensation for more than 10,000 claimants.

Simply pick up the phone, or contact us by email, using the team contact address below, and let us put your mind at rest. We will advise you without charge on whether you may have a claim and if so, on how to pursue it. In cases where it would be appropriate to instruct solicitors we will also be pleased to then help you through the process.

Our personal injury department employs a number of specialist staff. As a firm Ewart Price is a member of MASS (Motor Accident Solicitors Society) and through our lawyers we benefit from personal membership of both the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and The Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury  Accreditation Scheme; so you have a wealth of experience and expertise to call upon.

Many people are concerned at contacting a solicitor because they feel that there will always be a fee charged, irrespective of whether their claim is successful. However, if we take on your claim, then this would be with the intention that you receive 100% of the compensation to which you should be entitled, without deduction.

If we believe that you have reasonable prospects of success, we will take steps to protect you against any potential costs penalty, by acting with the security of either pre-purchased, or after the event legal fees insurance,  which we can arrange and fund on your behalf.
